I’m Jordan, the owner and maker behind Hello Jackson.

Hello Jackson began around our kitchen table with my son, Jackson, who was just eight years old at the time. During a season filled with grief, loss, anxiety, and more sleepless nights than I can count, creating together became a place for us to land. It gave us something comforting to focus on, a reason to slow down, and a way to find little pockets of joy during days that sometimes felt incredibly heavy.

We never set out to build a business. We were simply a mom and her little boy making things together, finding our way through a difficult chapter one fragrance at a time. Somewhere along the way, that little kitchen-table project began to grow.

Today, Hello Jackson has a home in the heart of Historic Occoquan, Virginia, and our products have made their way into boutiques across the country. We’ve also had the privilege of creating custom and private-label fragrances for other businesses, helping them tell a little piece of their own story through scent.

But no matter how much Hello Jackson grows, I never want to lose sight of why it began.

At its heart, Hello Jackson is still about comfort, connection, and creating something beautiful in the midst of real life. It’s about the way a familiar scent can make a house feel like home, bring back a favorite memory, or simply make an ordinary day feel a little softer.

What began as a way for Jackson and me to navigate a difficult season together became something neither of us could have imagined. And every time you walk through our door, place an order, share Hello Jackson with a friend, or bring one of our fragrances into your home, you become a small part of that story too.
